You must be 13 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest.
The winner will be notified by email and after address confirmation the prize will be mailed to the winner.
Each contest or voting registrant is allowed a total of 5 votes for the Winter Wonderland Photo Contest. The person may choose to vote for the same photo 5 times or divide up the votes among different photos. Ballot stuffing will not be allowed.
The grand prize for the Winter Wonderland Photo Contest is a one-night stay with breakfast for two people at the Jefferson Inn in beautiful Jefferson, NH. The Jefferson Inn reserves the right to change or modify the prize at their discretion. Any and all questions about the prize should be address directly to the Jefferson Inn. The prize must be used by December 31, 2010 or it will become invalid.
Employees of NH.com, The Telegraph, McLean Communications and its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to win (but we'd love to see your photos anyway!).
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to NH.com the right to use and publish their proper name, city and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
NH.com reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Winter Wonderland Photo Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law. Photos may be used for ads, marketing or NH.com's wall paper gallery.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
NH.com reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
