You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest.
The winner will be notified by email and after address confirmation the prize will be mailed to the winner.
Each contest or voting registrant is allowed a total of 5 votes for the Fall Foliage Photo Contest. The person may choose to vote for the same photo 5 times or divide up the votes among different photos. Ballot stuffing will not be allowed and is frowned upon.
The winning photo will have the most user votes.
We need to keep things fair and equal so if you've won a grand prize from us before you are not eligible to win again...at least not for a little while.
Photos do not have to be from 2009 or 2010 and they don't have to be taken from NH (but it'd be awesome if they were...this is NH.com's contest after all!)
The grand prize for the Fall Foliage Photo Contest is a stay at the Chieftain Motor Inn in beautiful Hanover, NH. The Chieftain Motor Inn reserves the right to change or modify the prize at their discretion. Any and all questions about the prize should be address directly to the Chieftain Motor Inn.
The three night stay at the Chieftain Motor Inn must be used by March 1, 2011 and is good for midweek stays (Sunday through Thursday).
Employees of NH.com, The Telegraph, McLean Communications and its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible to win (but we'd love to see your photos anyway!).
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to NH.com the right to use and publish their proper name, city and state online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
By entering this contest and sharing your photo, e-mail and personal information you acknowledge that this information and photo may be used by NH.com with special offers related to NH.com or the Inn. We will not make your personal information public or sell your information to any other parties.
All results posted are unofficial until winners respond to e-mail notification.
The contest ends on October 27, 2010. Any submissions after this time will not be accepted or eligible for voting.
The winner will be subject to verification by NH.com judges. Judges decisions are final.
NH.com reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
