Photo submission specifications
We need a high quality photo for the cover so please submit high resolution photos only.
You do not need to resize or "touch up" your photo but please know that if your photo is chosen, we will resize and touch up the photo.
Other rules
The age of your child or children in the photo can be from 0-12 years old.
Please, no more than 3 children in each photo submission.
Photos do not need to be taken from 2011 or during the holidays or winter.
Staged photos are fine but professional photos are not.
No purchase necessary. One valid entry per contestant.
You must be 18 years of age or older at time of entry to be eligible for this contest.
Winners will be notified by email.
If a winner is unreachable after seven (7) days, or if that winner is unavailable for prize fulfillment, an alternate winner will be selected.
The winning photo must be high resolution quality and resizable.
Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
The winning photo will be chosen by the Parenting NH staff.
Parenting NH reserves the right to cancel this contest at any time or void the cover prize if no suitable or qualifiedphotos are submitted.
Parenting NH reserves the right to restrict the winner to only persons whose primary residence is in New Hampshire. (This is Parenting NH, after all.)
Employees of McLean Communications, its respective parent, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising sponsors and promotional agencies, and the immediate family members of each are not eligible.
Contest entrants agree to abide by the terms of these Official Rules and by the decisions of the contest commissioners, which are final on all matters pertaining to the contest.
Entrants further grant to Parenting NH the right to use and publish their proper name, photo and other applicable information online and in print, or any other media, in connection with the Contest.
Parenting NH reserves the right to use any and all information related to the Contest, including information on contestants obtained through the contest, for marketing purposes or any other purpose, unless prohibited by law.
Parenting NH is not responsible for Internet crashes or slowdowns caused by network congestion, viruses, sabotage, satellite failures, phone line failures, electrical outages, natural disasters or acts of man or God.
Parenting NH reserves the right to change the rules at any time.
